How to check Delta AMEX Skymiles app?

I searched previous threads about people saying their statuses changed from in process to declined or approved. Is this by calling in or somewhere on delta's website? I'm apart of the skymiles membership and applied today but got the 14 day message. It gave a phone number to check the application but I already closed out of that window so I was wondering if there was a place on the website to check the application?

I decided to apply for the gold amex because we plan to fly frequently via delta for the future including next month for the holidays.
