Baddie free and 700 club across the board

OK, I know this has nothing to do with CCs, but I'm posting it here because this is where most of my FICO friends hang out! Fellow mods, please forgive the OT post.

Some of you may recall my frustration several months ago when I lost my one and only collection account off of EQ and got a whopping 3 points for it. I went from 631 to 634 at the time.

TU was holding out a bit longer on dropping that collection than the other two did. As a result, TU has been my only score under 700 for a while now.

Today, I was pleasantly surprised to see that that same collection finally aged off of TU, and this time I actually got the kind of increase I was expecting!

Yesterday: 696

Today: 744

48 points overnight, no score lower than 721, and 100% baddie free!

For reference, the lowest score I ever pulled was EX 545 in Aug 2005.

Just short of a year ago, I had TU 593.

Currently TU 744 / EQ 721 / EX 732.

Thanks to all the people on these forums for helping me get from there to here!

Congrats cheddar. I see I am not the only one having a Fico moment (see my thread). I'm glad you are now baddie free. I will be too if I can get that darn car loan (with lates) off of my TU and EX.

That's quite an accomplishment and you have every reason

Glad someone else got this sort of score increase on a baddie free report

Yeah congrats! I got my EQ collection free a couple of months ago and it allowed me to get in with NFCU.

I've got one more year stuck with Portfolio on my TU and EX.
