US Bank Cash Plus PreApproval

My wife, who is actually a joint account holder on our Cash Plus, got a preapproved mail telling her to apply for the Cash Plus. We are way out of area, so I thought this shouldn't happen. Probably should have applied for the extra cap, but didn't!

Interesting! I'm way out of area too, wonder if it's worthwhile for me to open up a CD or something with some extra cash to get on their mailing list

I live in fort lauderdale which is over 1200 miles away from any brance, I apped for the cash+ over the phone and got it!

so you dont have to be near a branch, you can call in. I just did it last week.

Good to know! Although I've seen people not in the service area apping over the phone, many have had issues in that the rep puts through an application for anything but Cash+!

its in my wallet and the 5% has already been in use!

though I will say that I made sure that that was the card and only card that I was interested in, I was so overdoing it that the rep would need to have been in a coma if she didnt app for the cash+, cause I did hear about what you mentioned lol
