That wasn't supposed to happen!

This is the message I get when I try accessing my FICO at Barclays.com. The account was opened 2 weeks ago, card received and used already, no statement yet generated. Two days ago received email from them about the score change and to go ahead and view it for free.

How long until I will be able to get my score ? Do I need to call them and let them know the feature is not working for me ?

What is your experience with Barclaycard free FICO ?

I think it will happen the next time they soft pull your credit or when your statement hits.

I would send them a message or give them a call. I had access to my score only a day or two after applying and setting up my online account. I even got several score change alerts in the week before getting my card.

Too funny I get this too! I have previously been able to access my FICO score at Barclay's and yesterday I get an email that my FICO score changed, I used the link in the email and got the same message OP got. It still is doing it today, whether I go through the email link or the website.....oh well putting it on technical difficulties.....

Everything seems to be working on my end, but I haven't gotten a new score yet, so we'll see.

I've had my Barclays for a week now and I was able to see my score yesterday.
