      <description>If your card is NPSL, then you might be able to. CSRs won't be able to tell you ahead of time.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;whether they approve those charges is dependent upon type and amount of charge, and your internal score and history with citi.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I thought ALL "World Mastercards" with Citi have that NPSL&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and cards that don't have "World" on them with Citi have a fixed credlit limit (not revolving)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did I read something wrong&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Yes what you said is correct.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;However the NPSL feature isn't like Amex's NPSL either. Sometimes your hard limit might just be your CL. There's no way to tell other than to just try charge it and see if it goes through. If it doesn't, you can call CSR to see if they can work something out for you though.</description>
