Has anyone had success with this today or yesterday? I check every few days or so hoping for a 100k or 50k American express off for DW and I however it's telling me now that it cannot find my file. (or DWs)

Has it worked for anyone?

Just tried it, I'm having the same issue! Worked many times for me before!

May just be a system error, i'm sure once the IT guys are back at work tomorrow they'll fix it in a jiffy

Yep, me too. I tried DHs info and they can't find him either.

Always has worked before.

Seems like its working again. I kept getting the "thin file" error for the past few days, too.
