Does BoA Travel Rewards offer a 1:1 redemption?

I was planning on getting a BoA Travel Rewards card because of the no FTF. I see that it offers 1.5 points per dollar. When you redeem, is each point worth a cent? Meaning if I have 1000 points, is that worth $10?

So is the redemption similar to how AmEx Blue Sky handles it?

How it works is you get a list all travel transactions within the past 6 months and you can redeem points against those transactions at a 1:1 rate. $250 flight for example would let you redeem 25,000 pts against it. You can do small partial increments against that same transaction until you've used up all 25,000 pts, you just need to redeem a minimum of 2500 ($25) at a time.
