    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was just wondering if anyone here is experiencing issues with the online balance transfer link? I recently was approved for a cashRewards Visa and have been using it, and wanted to do a BT, but when I clicked the link, it said, "We're sorry!&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN style="background-color: #ffffff;"&gt;Our records indicate you do not have a Navy Federal Credit Card. If you would like a Navy Federal Credit Card -&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Apply Now!"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've messaged CS, and they are aware of the issue.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Me too. I spoke with rep (online and phone)- they are having issues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just call in your transfer. New accounts have a 10 day waiting period before they mail the checks, just FYI. (You can do tranfer on phone- but they won't mail checks out until 10 days)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
