Help!!!!Help!!!! What does AA mean????

I have got most of the lingo down, but still don't know what AA means....I know it isn't good by the way members talk about how they don't want to get one...But what the heck does it mean?

AA = Adverse Action = Account closure, CL decrease, etc.

AA of A= Average Age of Accounts

AR = Account Review

There is a thread somewhere that explains the abbreviations but I'm to tired to look it up for you. Use the search bar.

IIRC <----------- I hate that abbreviation. It's not in the "Common Abbreviation" thread, and I could never figure out what it was until I saw it on another site....the context it was used in was an eye opener. I'm not quick-minded, but dad blam....it's stupid. AFAIK is stupid too. What in the sam hill is so tiresome about typing "If I recall correctly" or "as far as i know"? I can't handle it anymore.

I noticed you have no problem using abbreviations on some of your other posts. Why judge others for something you do yourself?

lol I can never remember to right IIRC or AFAIK but I like reading it. ODD I KNOW! lol I always read IIRC as if i remember correctly. you know potato, pohtahtoe.

There is one abbr. that eluded me at first and still does. The proverbial IIBK. But every shorthand alphabet code i suppose does have it's place for simplicity.

Well, to be fair, I understand it if the person is typing on a cell phone, which is a hassle witht the tiny keys, so abbreviations are the norm. On a laptop or desktop...not so much. Blame Twitter...lol! Oops...I mean laugh-out-loud!
