Scores needed for Discover and Chase

Does anyone know what score you need to be accepted for a discover card or a Chase Card.

I was just approved for a Discover More Card. They pulled TU, my score is 702. My CL is $5900.

670+ I'd estimate. And both hate exessive inquiries.

I just got declined. They pulled TU. TU FICO is 679.

Reason given was: Too many new accounts with balances.

I have the Discover More card. Pulled TU --score was 675.
