I hear they keep the same date of your secured card.....I have a secured Wells Fargo right now....opened 10/30/14....how long did it take for Wells Fargo to graduate you???

Wells Fargo told me that I missed out four times on the upgrade because I did not call, I never got a letter and every time I call they told me no offer to upgrade.

Wells Fargo told me that I missed out four times on the upgrade because I did not call, I never got a letter and every time I call they told me no offer to upgrade. PS You opened the account into the future?

Really??? you may be gettting the run around with them, to my understanding they always send you a letter.

Still......when did you get your Secured card with them???? How long ago was it??? Maybe we can find a rhyme or reason to Wells Fargo's madness.

Wow......that's a long time ago.....your graduation should have been early 2012.........that makes sense, because i hear they graduate April and in October. (1st miss)April 2012, then (2nd miss)Oct 2012, then (3rd miss)April 2013, then (4th miss)October 2013.....

I had a Wells Fargo secured and after almost two years they gave me a CLI. I had never called and asked for an increase and they sent me a letter telling me they gave me one.
