agreed. Its not a prime card. I've had it for about 2 years, and the paying for express payment, pay to cli, etc, is annoying.

BUT, they auto cli without a HP, and often, they report on time, and you get free score monitoring. so... really is it that much worse than being on experians monitoring service?

I currently have a limit of 1250 with them which i think is around the max. I think i started at 300, and got an auto cli every 6 months. My BOA is my lowest card right now at 1000, but I also have a cap 1 and a usaa, which are better lenders. As soon as BOA catches up with the other cards for CL i'm dumping the Credit 1, but until then, its helping me keep my overall util at 36%

Capital One is a better place for rebuilders unless your credit is truly awful and you don't want to go the secured route. You could do much worse than Credit One.. like First Premier. They send you a maxed out credit card. My Credit One card had lame limits and was pretty heavy on fees, but it served it's purpose and considering my credit when I got the card, I have no complaints. But I am happy to trade it in this week.

I pay $99 yearly, they charge $10 for $250 CLIs every 4 months, and if you want payments to be reflected in available credit immediately, you.pay extra, but I have not needed this.

It could be much worse.

But Cap1 is much better and their bottom tier card is not hard to obtain.
