Post Application Survey Emails?

I've been getting a number of emails from different lenders asking me to do the post app survey on my experience during the app process, and since i got denied from Citi AA Exec WEMC, i went for it taking the time expressing my feelings, since they were hurt . I did this to see if they would actually read it and see if they are willing to reconsider (i know it won't happen), as from time to time there are threads where members would get the flat out denied from an app and 30days later they would get the card in the mail from the app they were denied...

Anyhew, this was yesterday. This morning I woke up similar email from AMEX wanting me to do a post app survey, and i simply deleted the email. Then, a few mins ago, i get another email from Hawaiian Airlines wanting me to do a post app survey! Well, so i clicked on the link and it seems that one company is doing all the post app surveys for a number of lenders, as the questions/formats were all the same.

How will these surveys be looked upon by the lenders? Wonder if they actually will take the time and look through all the comments made, i'm curious now if Citi would feel bad and reverse the decision from being 'denied' to 'approved'....yea this would be awesome.

After getting denied for a CLI from Cap One through the EO, I went to the site for 2 weeks straight and asked for CLI's though their ~~love~~ hate button everyday. I kept getting suveys from them after that.

I told them how much I hated their cards, and how I was stuck with low limits for 5 years. Why could they not give me just a single $5 CLI.

So I have been asking everyday on my other account for 3 1/2 weeks and took another survey and thanked them for the 5 bucks and told them I will buy 1 coffee a month with my CLI and if they could give me $2 on the other card I would buy a donut too.

Finally 2 days after last survey I got a CLI of 3K on the second card.

Now I have one card with $1005 and the other with $4K.

I think they do read them and so happy they were all SP's!

Login in a month ago and noticed a new limit of $1005 on one card.

Ha, thank you for sharing your story! Awesome CLIs, congrats to you. I guess i should do the Hawaiian and let them know how much it would make my life beaaautiful if i can get a higher CL on my card w/o a HP.

I've done this with Capital One. Denied for a CLI and tried the luv button shortly after taking the survey (like 4-6 weeks later) bam got a CLI. I seriously don't know if that was it, but in my mind.....LOL that was it.
