I believe they see everything except other SPs.

This is a question that I dont think anyone will be able to answer. Many assume it's the same information but then it conflicts with some CLI requests where a SP isn't enough and a rep states they need a HP. This type of CLI seems to point to them being different, but then Amex's SP if denied and HP if approved seems to signal they can get enough information from a SP for a new TL.

Pretty much everything except other SPs.

When you pull your own reports its a SP as well. Some banks however may limit what lower level employees can see to prevent sensitive days from being leaked.
