US Bank Cash+ on Facebook!

I recently product changed my FlexPerks Select to the Cash+ after having it a year. Last night I went on the US Bank Cash+ Facebook page and asked if I could PC my Ace rewards to Cash+? From the time it took to shut off my laptop and go on my tablet they had replied and asked for my contact number. I messaged my number back and literally 20 sec later my phone rang. I told her I would like to product change but wasn't sure if it was possible as it was cobranded. I also told her I wasn't interested in applying for another Cash+. She was going to forwrd my information and get back to me as that office was closed. I just wanted to share my Facebook experience Wow! I'll update if cobrand product change is possible. I doubt it but worth a shot!

Thanks for sharing this. I feel, contacting by facebook, is getting a quicker reply from most lenders.

Do you know, If they do a SP CLI on my card? If i contact them via FB?

Congrats! Great p/c. Understand about your wish to p/c the Ace Hardware. US Bank offered me that card and I checked and found several Ace Hardware stores do not take the rewards so I passed and ended up with the US Bank Cash+.

I used the private message for the first time last night. I have never asked for a CLI sorry.

My Ace does, that's why applied. They didn't have the cash+ at the time. I won't be to upset if they don't that card has pretty fair rewards also. It's just you have to spend it at Ace.

They did say last night i had 15 minutes to send contact information last night or it would have to wait until monday. Sorry I forgot to mention that. Just add your phone information they will call as soon as they read it. Really nice to talk to. Way better then calling and going through the computer to get a customer service rep.

Just an update. US Bank contacted me and the US Bank Ace can't be product changed to the Cash+. I didn't think co-branded cards could but it was worth a shot. At least I got to product change the FlexPerks select to Cash+.

Thanks for this thread. Very useful to me. I have a US Bank Cash+ Siggy and a US Bank Lions International Siggy (Affinity Card) with a US Bank Platinum as part of my US Bank Plus Line of Credit. Asked about p/c and they could take the Lions to Cash+ and the Cash+ to Flex Rewards Siggy. Not making any changes but was exploring options.

I saw a post that you can have two Cash+ cards but the rewards are seperate. So that would be another option.

Congrats on the product change. For whatever its worth Chase has a similiar policy on their co-branded cards. I cannot product change my Chase Amazon to any other Chase card.

More then likely card companys get a cash incentive from the partner for co-brand contract.
