      <title>Nordstrom Online App</title>

      <description>Do all Nordstrom online applications automatically go to 7-10 day status?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Against my better judgement (again) I figured what the heck. When I called, the rep said it looks like it was denied for verification purposes and the letter they were sending would ask me to mail in a utility/drivers license. I asked her to clarify if it was denied or just pending verification, she said pending verification. She also said they pulled EX &lt;img id="smileysad" class="emoticon emoticon-smileysad" src="https://ficoforums.myfico.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.gif" alt="Smiley Sad" title="Smiley Sad" /&gt; which has about 6 inq in the last 6 months. Not very optimistic about this one but whats done is done.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I also know its better to app in store but with my current work hours that isnt feasible.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In store for a chance to get the VISA Siggy and they can verify ID right there. But no worries if they want that ID verification then they will get th ID verification there is still hope!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Nordstrom, like Macys is a store that is always better to app in store. &amp;nbsp;Online apps are not eligible for the siggy/Amex and it is not unusual to be hit with the pending verification status. &amp;nbsp;You'll have to wait for a letter and then return the items they requested. I believe one poster was successful in faxing in the documents just to cut down on processing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I applied for this card in-store and got the Visa Signature.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I didn't even want the card but the female I was with just HAD to have a $160 flat iron like RIGHT AWAY. I verified 3 different acct numbers from my CR and after 30min the rep said she was having a very difficult time re-opening app. I believe she finally succeeded but said it still denial because of verification. She (along with everybody here) advised me to apply in store.
