Perhaps I'm lucky to have the authority to kick anyone out who goes too far - but people really should consider using the golden rule. If someone treats another person kindly, that person is much more likely to be levelheaded back. Are you going to be your A+ self if someone just told you that you look like their great grandma if she was hit by a semi? LOL.

Anyways, yes what this CSR did was wrong, and it doesn't sound like CreditAddict incited her to get such treatment.

Sidenote: this is 100% why I cannot wait to be in private practice, FAR FAR away from the service industry (kinda), and away from the corporate life

I froze EQ and it was instantly denied... I called in and a girl with a very ghetto tone told me they could not access any credit reports so I would need to unfreeze and resubmit app.

I said oh my EQ is but I thought you pulled TU.

She said "we were unable to pull ANY, so if you froze EQ maybe they sent over the info to the other agencies and they were froze too.

I said no, they don't comunicate with eachother.

she was like well we could not access the credit and nothing can be done.

I said EQ is frozen, discover just 5 minutes ago accessed TU so that's not an issue.

after putting me on hold to speak with a manager she said "WE PULL EQ, UNFREEZE IT AND APPLY AGAIN"... "CLICK"

DEEP BREATH!

4 transfers later from the executive office and pretty sure ended up back in the same department and center as first nasty rep but this time this girl had a bit better tone and stuck with me through my questions despite you could tell she really wanted to hang up on me

she says it's now "Still processing" not "Declined" as previous rep stated.

I think she might be lying to me to get me off the phone but I'll let it be and thanked her and told her I would wait for the letter.

so with that note, I think Saks was actually the last of my apps... to the garden

They pulled my TU for store, then immediately pulled TU again for upgrade. NM did the same thing then threw in an EQ pull. Maybe Cap1 is just pulling TU this month.
