Account opened in July 2013

Starting CL : $600

Received 4 month Auto-CLI $600---->$1200

I immediately called and asked for them to raise it to $2000 they approved.

I applied for 4 cards in Jan 1, 2 of them were backdated to Jan 2013. I've probably spent $1000 on the Amazon, balance was at $600 from Christmas shopping, I just paid it off.

Statement cuts on Monday, I think.

TU FICO from Discover is around 658, should I wait for it to go back to around 700 before calling credit solutions? I'm asking for a new CL of 4.7K do you think I will be approved? Is this too conservative. Current UTIL is about 30%.

In my case I was instantly approved for $1400 about 2 years ago. I used it rather sparingly and cant think of more than 2 months I let a statement post. All of my requests were done through Credit Solutions. I believe my approach is an exception so YMMV:

About 2 months after I opened it, auto CLI to $2k.
4 months after that I requested and was granted $6k
6 months (about 1 year from acct opening) requested and was granted $18k where it remains today.

Wow!

I opened 13 months ago at $700, asked for CLI via website about 6 months after opening and they approved it! To $850...where it stands today. I'll be requesting another CLI after this statement cuts via Credit Solutions.

Whoa, just after I posted this, I went and looked at my Amazon CL, they auto-bumped me to $2100!
