Is this card legit?

Hello. So I was reading a magazine that I get from the American medical student association and I see this card promotion on it. Someone told me about the BoA cash rewards and i might actually apply for it. But I was wondering if this card application is real? It looks to be the same as the BoA cash rewards card but only different design.

If any one could help me out please. This is the card's name : BankAmericard Cash Rewards™ Visa Signature® credit card for AMSA.

You can do better, cash back wise. Of course, you can always get it just for the signup bonus.

Yeah I know I can do better. I have a Discover it right now and want a amex blue cash everyday but i am doubtful that they will approve me. So it is safe to apply for that card, and it says im pre approved for that card so i shouldnt have many problems getting approved.
