I emailed them on Friday and to my surprise I got an email today with a direct phone number and person to speak with.....she was very nice and understandingi wanted a card with no annual fee,she removed this year and refunded me last year!!!!!! I'm really pleased with them and will continue to use my quick silver.....

Congrats on your success with Capitol one EO. I wonder do they upgrade tp premium cards once your credit improves.....

I'm sure they will upgrade if asked all I wanted was a no af card. I wouldn't think upgrading to a venture would change your credit limit maybe apr

got a call today. SOFT PULL. i guess i will know tomorrow ? she said 5 - 7 dsys i think.
she asked my income, any investments, emplyment status, if i own a home or rent, home value and asked how much i wanted (i didnt want to be greedy so i said $6,000, she asked if i'll accept lower i said yes) and last i was asked why i wanted a CLI i said because i would like to use this card for my upcoming travels coming up (thanksgiving/christmas) because it has no foreign transaction fees duh. but with a limit stuck at $500 for 3 years now its useless especialy when it comes to travel.

Just curious as to what "new thread" you're looking for?

They called the same day in the evening (left a message) and called me the next day in the afternoon (same person and message). I called back finally. (i emailed the EO 3 months ago asking to remove the annual fee. They did and refunded me last years annual fee with no call or notification. Just (- 39) balance and went out and brought a bottle of greygoose for free

I went the EO route after everyone says that they had great success. Not for me. I got the same standard letter saying my account was not open long enough.
