Not that I have seen. But you can contact the executive office either by Facebook or googling Capital one CEO. Maybe some one can pm you the email I don't have it. Good Luck!

Is it possible for Capital One to switch you over from the Master Card version of this card to the Visa version? I am wondering because I really don't want to pay the annual fee and it's my lowest limit card. I have tried once through one of the backdoor numbers but it in no way sounded like it would be possible. Even when I brought up cancelling the card they made no qualms and were ready to transfer me over, but I am waiting until just before the AF would hit my card before canceling. I was just curious if anyone else had experience with this particular situation. I just don't feel like messing with this card with only a $750 limit when I have the other cards I have.

If you're not able to be assisted by the frontline CSRs, I'd recommend contacting the EO to request CLI and to waive your AF. You can search the forums on how to obtain the EO email address.
