I tried two more times and then was locked out. I got an error message telling me to call the number on the back of the card to verify my info. I was pretty irritated by that but called anyway the next day. When I called the Rep apologized and fixed the error. After it was all said and done she ended the conversation with "Sorry again for your troubles, &nbsp;we will be giving you a 1,000 free TY points for your time" and then continued on from there. Is this common from Citi to do this or did I just get a kick ass rep?
