Amazon Store Card (GECRB) CLI ?

I have some large purchases that I need to do and I wanted to take advantage of the 0% APR with large purchases.

I called up GECRB Credit Solutions and requested an increase. I was placed on hold and she came back saying that I needed to unfreeze TU.

I thought Credit Solutions CLI were SP?

If that's the case, why wouldn't she be able to pull? EDIT I thought they were able to SP when frozen.

They are SPs and current creditors can get thru a freeze. This is a strange one, call back again and get a different CSR see if that takes care of it.

Was she attempting to do a HP? All she asked for was my annual income and the amount I'd like.

She said "It'll be 2-3 minutes as I review the information". No mention of HP.

Came back and said to make sure that all three CB were unfrozen then to call back.
