Received the following offer in the mail today:

Citi Thank You Preferred:

5x on Gas, Groceries and Drug Store until 09/30 and 6000 Bonus Points on Enrollment

Citi Prestige:

5x on Airline Tickets, Car Rentals, Hotel Stays until 09/30 and 5000 Bonus Points on Enrollment

I have these cards since last December and only use Prestige for Travel purpose

It was in the mail and you have to enroll your self at the following site by entering the invitation numbers for both the cards

it had been a while since i heard about any targeted spend offers. Nice to see they're still doing them. I'm still on my signup 1st-year 5x promo, 11th statement will cut tomorrow. hopefully i'll get a targeted promo eventually after this one runs out next month.

It might be nice to have a sticky or wiki that contains a record of targeted spend offers for existing cardholders. It seems like this is happening quite frequently among several lenders - Chase, Citi, Barclay's, etc.

Like others I received the offer in e-mail tonight. "HERE'S HOW IT WORKS: Once your enrollment is complete, you will earn 5 ThankYou Points per $1 spent on things you buy every day at grocery stores, gas stations and drugstores - even commuter transportation expenses through 06/30/14. Earn up to 4,000 additional points.*" So, I spend $800 to get a $20 statement credit? I guess I'll enroll, but it won't be the focus of my spending.

I’ve only had the card for a month but compared to others here my offer was sort of pathetic. No enrollment bonus and capped at 1500 points. I don’t mean to complain but $15 bucks back for $300 spend over the next 3 months is weak compared to what others here have received. Also the enrollment link didn’t work right away, had to wait a couple of hours for it to load.
