topic No AAoA Increase? in Credit Cards

My Amex PRG reported today morning. However, as per Credit Karma there is no AoA increase? Why?

I applied this card in Feb 2014 and they did reported there as Feb 2013 Opening Date. Is this some thing new that for Amex, they are NOT considering the backdated date?

The added year of account age on the PRG would need to be spread across all your open/closed accounts, before you can calculate your new AAoA.

Based on the age of your other two accounts, your AAoA has not changed. 1 acct at 7 months, 1 acct at 8 months and 1 acct at 12 months is a total of 27 months. The average is just 9 months. I think that's considered 1 year (rounded up for < 1 year?) but you would have the same for the two accounts. You need more time to drive up your AAoA.

There is some good news, though. When your new account reports, it will not affect your AAoA. It's reported in years, not months.
