There is a non-member application process, so I would assume they allow non-members to apply.       <description>&lt;P&gt;After reading your reply I filled out a membership application (it's $5 to join if you're not affiliated in some way)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They pulled up all 4 of their Visa cards during my app, which said &amp;nbsp;'products we have reviewed you to elidgible for'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I clicked on the Visa Signature (I think the max was $40,000, I chose $10,000)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Clicked the next button to confirm everything and got a flat out denial for membership (which was just a savings account, strange that even that was declined) annnnd for the Visa card&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They sp Equifax and hp TU&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For anyone that may be interested in the future&amp;nbsp;&lt;img id="smileyhappy" class="emoticon emoticon-smileyhappy" src="https://ficoforums.myfico.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif" alt="Smiley Happy" title="Smiley Happy" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>It was a sp on equifax for membership (I didn't add the checking only savings account) and a hp on TU for the credit card .&lt;BR /&gt;I wish I just applied for the membership and then just waited.
