Cap1 PC question

So i was told i can PC anytime i want in any amount of time if the offer is available, even though i thought it was a 6 mos period. My question is i have a Cap1 MC and if i switch it to Venture would it change to Visa? Because i have never seen a MC Venture card.

If it does change to Visa down the road i change to QS would it stay Visa or goto MC?

CAP1 tend to not PC to venture was this a CSR that told you this?

Yeah i spoke to a few reps and they asked if i wanted to switch my card to Venture.

I closed both of my Cap 1 accounts last night and their retention department offered to PC one of my QS1's to a VentureOne then came back and said they couldn't do it because I had opted to PC to the QS1 less than 6 months ago. I'm not sure if it's possible but that conversation lead me to believe it may be. I don't think it's common and may be a last resort to keep a customer.

I know your want the visa/MC option but if they do PC....to which card will they PC?

Venture 1.25 or 2%?

This would be my biggest question based on the card you PC from

Example PC from Quicksilver 1.5% to Venture 2% Good deal

1.5-1.25% not a good deal

Alright i do think its once every 6 mos then, i feel like the change anytime was just a pre-made response Hate those pre-made responses. I dont really want a Venture card mainly because i dont need the miles. But i would prefer if i PC my card to QS if it would be a Visa or at least a WMC which they say they dont offer. I would PC to Venture and then QS if it would change to Visa.
