Barclays did a hard pull on my credit report when I submitted an application for the Apple Finance program but when I checked the application status, it said that they never got an application at all. It's really annoying knowing that I applied for that one for nothing and on top of that not ever receiving a decision or anything in the mail. I'm probably am not going to do any business with them in the future. I also tried to call them at the time but I think I can only talk to customer service if I have an account with them. Ugh.
