I applied for the BCP on March 14th and was approved for 2K. Something hold me back (I think) was a state tax lien on EX that was paid 5.5 years ago (no other derogs). My EX FICO was 704 at the time. They SP'ed me on 3/18, 3/27 and 3/28 and nothing since then. My EX score after my app spree jumped from 704 to 716 after all tradelines reported (with 1% overall util). Today, I was miraculously able to get the tax lien deleted from my EX report about a year and a half early. I paid for another score and it is now 788. My 3X CLI is coming up on 5/25 and I really want them to have a fresh report/score on file before I ask for 6K. An 84 point score increase should definitely increase my chances of approval.

Has anyone been able to figure out a way to give a SP a little push? Anything I can do to prompt one? I've tried the preapproval link twice from new browsers I just installed today and still get directed to log into my account so the "see your special offers" seems to be a no go for current members. If there's no way to trigger a SP, I definitely plan to wait. It would be very nice if they SP me again before my 61 days are up.

Thoughts? Thanks everyone.

EDITED: spelling

They will or could SP any of the 3 bureaus.

Their decision will be from the EX SP.
