Amex special offers for me

I checked amex pre approval link and and got special offers for the blue sky and blue. with 10,000 rewarfs points and 15,000 rewards points. What are chances of approval since these offers showed up? Are these legit pre approvals are just recommendations? I have the opt out screen showing.

One 30 day late from 2008 Im mid 600's maybe high on experion and transunion. My aaoa went down to 2.5 years from new accounts. 3-4 inqs avergage. Does utlization count pper account are overall credit limils combined. Individually some are high and low. my two highest lines are below 3% the others are high above 30%

UTL can count both ways but I just noticed your sig and the golden rule applies so you have nothing to lose....

Forgot to mention the last two cards in my siggy are fairly new like <30days not reporting as of yet. I been checking sites to see if I get any pre approvals since I havent about 6months ago. Now offers are showing up!

Even still the Sparks card make you a Amex cardholder and the golden rule applies.

How long have you had the Sparks?

Thats probably because its not an Amex. if the 'Capital One' didn't give it away, then the VISA in the corner should have...

Thant being said and back on track now due to recent INQ's I would say you have a 65/35 chance of approval of those card offers

Which blue would you say is better 10,000 points 0% for 15 months or 15000 points towards hotels and travel etc. What sre the perks of having a blue amex overall versus other cards.

Good Counter? Well blue is spend $500 in three months. sky is 250 in three months for 15000 points. A travel card may be a good addition to my portfolio. I have one cash back and one rewars cards already. 65/35 got me thinking! is this a guranteed soft pull if denied hp if approved. do they pull experian? I read around and wanted to confirm I have 9 accounts in good standing on experian.
