I need a card to replace my orchard card

I have an orchard secured card that I opened in Aug 07. It has a $500 limit. Since then I have open a BOA card in Jan '08 that has a CL of 3200, and Amex blue that opened in in May 08 and an Amex green card in the mail. My Orchard annual fee is due in Sept. I would like to find a card to replace it before then. I have no baddies. When I checked my fico scores on 4/29/2008 (right before applying for amex blue they were as follows: Ex - 696 EQ - 703 TU- 697. I check my ficos ever 3 months so I'm not due til July to check again. I'm sure my experian has gone down slightly because of 2 amex inquiries (blue and green). So I need suggestions on a card to apply for. I am little concerned about amex and applying for a new card so soon after getting 2 amex cards. I will only be looking for 1 more card. DO you think amex will attack me for doing so?

I can't speak to Amex, but I'd bet you might benefit, score-wise, by opening a store charge card.

I would look into a Credit Union CC. They have been very generous with their CL's and their service with me at least.

You could try a local to your area or research some of the popular ones talked about on these boards.

Almost anyone can qualify for many. You can get membership into Alliant, BECU, PenFed, Patelco, JFCU, NASA, among others by just joining supporting organizations for free or a small one time fee. ( These are the ones I'm in.)

Thanks llecs. I should have added that I would like my next card not to be an amex.
