was just browsing prequal's and have a lot of offers to choose from in 3 months (if it's smart) or 9 months (if it's smarter). chase is giving me the no-go... "you have recently responded to another offer from Chase." (3 months old chase amazon)

This is definitely a YMMV situation. Last year about this time, I applied for two in the same day and was approved for both. I then applied for a third 31 days later and was approved for that one as well. The first approval was instant, the second two took a day to come through.

I got the Southwest Rewards card in January ($4.5k, auto cli in April to $9k), the Amazon Visa in April($3k), and was approved for the Marriott card ($8k) a week or so ago. All are from Chase.

I apped for all three of my chase cards on the same day - CSP, Freedom, and Slate. All approved at $5k CL each.

barclay rewards (3 months 500)

gecrb lowes (3 months 500)

gecrb walmart (3 months 150)

should i spree hagain in 3 months?

i'm on a 2 year plan to buy a house

i tried to pull my reports today and blew a security question so i have to call monday to verify. no other baddies on my free 655 TU

I applied for two Chase cards within the same week and was approved for both. Two seperate HPs as well.

Ive applied for 3 chase cards sense feb. I just added my freedom and csp last month. Chase has still not HP me for my csp. Ive checked every report, I have target credit montioring, CK, CS, did credit report tricks so I can see my report and still only one HP from chase for the two cards. I applied about 2 weeks apart.

I got a personal (Freedom) and business (Bold) card with about a month in between each app. I got the 7-10 business day respons and called recon and had to explain my business income and personal income to get the card. I want another Chase card (Hyatt) but will wait a while to try for that one.
