    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had two cards with BOA which I decided to close for various reasons. I decided to try through online chat. They did not even try to dissuade me. Glad I was not trying to get some benefit that way! Took about 5 minutes total. Just thought I would share. One account was being used heavily by my husband, probably $1000 in cash back paid this year to date alone. Definitely was costing them money.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got no "what can we do to keep you as a customer" from US Bank when I closed my account. At least Citi asked if they could keep me if they offered me an additional sign up bonus. I told the CSR that TY Points are worthless to me and no thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm happy to be down to just 4 credit cards. With my current income, I have probably maxed out my CLs but I am ok with that. I am now.....content.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
