CSP and Freedom with 1 HP.

From what I have read Chase HP on apps 99.9% of the time. Well few weeks back I applied for the CSP on a Thursday and was approved so the following Tuesday I applied for the Freedom to have that combo and they only used the original HP they never pulled one for the Freedom.

Hope this helps anyone that might hope for the same thing. Maybe it was just a fluke but hopefully not for those that might apply for those two cards in the future.

Congrats ! Chase is unpredictable 2 cards with 1 HP or 2 HP for 1 card...I am on the 2nd tier.. never less than a double pull per card and Freedom even with 4 HP

I got two CRA Pulls for the Freedom card, unfortunately. They pulled TU and EX. Oh well

I didn't bank with them at that time I just had a auto loan with them. I just opened up a checking and saving up with them this week because I had a coupon that gave me $200 dollars for each of those accounts $400 dollars total plus I have been looking to get away from Citibank. They rubbed me the wrong way a couple of weeks ago.

I agree that is why I wrote this post. I have never read that either hoping it a new trend for them. I would understand if I was a CPC client.

Really? Your scores look good other than you EQ. which is a lot lower than the other two. Did you burn them in the past? And which two did you apply for?

I got the 2 for 1 deal as well. I got my freedom on 5/13 i think and the csp on 5/24. Only 1hp from EX that is it!

No I didn't burn them but I applied for the freedom and they didn't like my short history. I was told to try back when I had at least a year of history. Also my utlization was sorta high when I apped with them. Took the advice from this form and went 3/3 on the spree the following month!
