Having too many credit cards?

Is it possible to have too many credit cards? Right now i have 6 credit cards and an auto loan.

Do you think its time for me to enter the garden and stay there for a while and just start getting CLI's?

Depends on your priorities. My priority is primarily rewards and the most efficient way (for me) to get what I want is by applying for the cards I want. My AAoA takes a beating, but I'm not going to live my life micro-managing single point fluctuations to my Fico score.

i would say there is no too many credit cards as far as u can manage them all and pay them all in time, of course it's gonna be harder to manage 25 cards than 5 for example but for what it's worth it's possible. it takes a long time to obtain that many cards, with good limits and good util but it's doable within at least 5 years.

but again there is no such thing as too many credit cards.
