this was an emailed offer so i'm not sure if i were to check the prequal site if anything would show up

LOL. I'm pretty sure these offers have no correlation with being a valued member. Looks like they're just mass messaging their member list. They even asked me to mass message my email list for them for 50,000 UR points lol. ALSO, not to derail this thread, but i got confirmation for the PRG today.

I got approved for 70k points with $1k spend. The offer they emailed me also had $2k requirement, but when I googled it the first result had a lower spend requirement:

yeah, I got emails for Freedom and CSP to send out referrals and get up to 50k UR for CSP referrals and $50 per person for the Freedom referrals.
