Discover it luv button never available

Have had card for 15 months and the luv button has always said to call in. Received auto cli's at 6, 9 and 12 months( started 1k-1200-1600-2000). Used phone automated system today for an instant 1k increase (limit now at 3k) since today is the 15th month and I seen no auto cli this morning. Just wondering why its never available online?

For me i always get the message that an cli is in progress, even tho i haven't been able to get an auto cli for the longest time.

Same for me. I called in at 3 months and recieved $500 CLI from $5500 to $6K.

Same for me, when I call in there isn't an option for me either though

u don't get the option (i think its 4 in the first menu of prompts) to press for more choices?

Discover is on my Shi*t list. My cli increase button says that i cant request one cause they are trying to process one. That has been going on for a month. I dont have any option for a cli via the phone. Ugh i wish i went with amex.

Just be patient i had that happen for an long time. I did eventually did get my auto cli after having card for ten months. I was also pretty annoyed at discover, since chase and amex both gave me both auto cli.

Its fine its not a big deal. But I compare discover to amex, amex seems so much better now. And you cant use like any coupon codes with shop discover so its not even worth it.

I have both cards so i can see merits of both. Shopdiscover is pretty under rated you can get some really good discounts on there for stores that you would buy stuff online. If possible i think its quite beneficial to have both cards.

idk i always shop on amazon or ebay. I really wanted the ebay credit but got the paypal smart connect instead. I hated that day.

I agree same here. I was so happy to get approved for my Discover and now it's just... eh.. no auto CLIs, a low SL for me, and not even an option to request a CLI like others have, very disappointed. At least with Amex you are almost guaranteed a 3x CLI after 61 days.

Ahh yeah well that makes more sense then. I usually look at shopdiscover or UR mall when i make online purchases. I also think discover has the pay with statement credit on amazon purchases

To me, the Discover luv button availability is a mystery. I know at the beginning they want you to have a good history with them before they make it available though.

Whenever I've asked about the luv button not working, the reps tell me "they just did a bunch of upgrades and it'll be fixed soon".. Yeah, right. One rep told me that it takes 45 days for the luv button to reset after you request a cli..??
