AFAIK, you have to be in compliance with restrictions when you apply for the card, but once you have it, that is fine.

So,

I have a US Airways MC, which I got when I was a resident of Florida. Now I live in Puerto Rico, and I know that Barclays is not a fan of PR, specifically not approving applicants who are Puerto Rico residents.

Right now, my mail is forwarded through the post office, and I've received my statements and one replacement card with no issue - but I don't want my old FL address to report, which means I need to change my address with Barclay.

If I change my address with them to my address in PR, will they take any action against my account? Or will it all remain peachy keen.

I know that Citi and Amex (on their PR restricted products - namely the Citi AA cards, and the Jetblue Amex), and CapOne will allow you to remain a member if you were a resident of another state when you got the card and moved - but I don't know of anyone with a Barclay card locally who I could ask this to. And I really don't want to lose that card.
