So since sharper image has supposedly declared bankruptcy, what will happen to those of us who have SI cards? I have one and my hubby has one. His is paid off, but mine still has a small balance.

Anybody know?

You can't use the card anymore I would imagine. I would pay off your balance.

Well, their website says "stay tuned, somehting big coming soon" so I wasn't sure.

Worst case scenario is they offer to pay off your remaining balance on the card if its small. My DW had something similar happen to her with a CCC going out of business.

I can still get to the site to make a payment on my card. After researching, I am reading about how last Feb, they stopped honoring gift cards or gift certificates. If you had one or had purchased one as a gift - you were just screwed.

Now I'm wondering about the items that were purchased with an extended warranty. Obviously, they can't fulfill their obligations if they are bankrupt - but whats with the message on the main site that says "something big coming soon"? I wonder if these customers will get some sort of payoff.
