Anyone got their JCP Mastercard upgrade in the mail?

My online account has shown my upgrade to the JCP Mastercard as shipped for a while, so I called to find out when it was shipped. Rep said 7/25 and should have received it 8/8. They offered to cancel and resend but I said I would wait a little while longer because my luck it will be in tomorrow's mail. It's only a couple days late but would think it would be here by now.

Has anyone got theirs yet?

The 8th was Friday. Today is Monday. I'd say wait until tomorrow and then have them resend if you don't get it.

How did you guys qualify for the Mastercard? I'm trying to figure out what I need to do to get an upgrade. I've had the card for 3 years only use twice a year though.

We tried to figure that out through comparing who got the upgrades. Scores and usage seem to widely range, and seemed about as random as the Wally upgrades. Since JCP makes up a huge chunk of GECRB/SyncB's business, hopefully, they'll issue more MC upgrades.

Alright so called today to cancel and resend since card didn't come with today's mail. Explained to rep I was told was mailed end of last month and should have received it on the 8th. This rep told me card actually wasn't mailed until 8/4. So I will give it until the end of the week....smh

Mine has been saying the same thing for 2weeks now and it came in the mail today. Activated it and received a 2k increase, not bad.

Just to update for those who may be waiting on their cards still, I called to try and cancel and resend then was told that my card MAY have been mailed on the 4th. Not for sure. Since it was a mass mailing they can't say for sure if it was sent and they will be sending cards between now and the 22nd of this month. So essentially my account has a note that says will be receiving the card but not when MY actual card was mailed.

Really frustrating because I have had things get lost in the mail before, and my mail man has delivered me wrong mail before so I am sure mine has ended up elsewhere as well. But I can't confirm this until basically next month when I am sure all the cards have been mailed/delivered. Not the most organized system.

Just activated my jcpenny mastercard today and recieved a cli of 1,500 without even asking which was nice but what stinks about this mastercard it is considered a new account with jcpenny account to be closed, I wish that was not the case.....

Just received the JCP Platinum MC card today (8/18). Upon calling for activation, I also received a $1K CLI.

Be careful, once you activate the new card, it will show up as a new tradeline, and the old card will be closed
