Capital One EO email wait time

I sent an email with my name and contact last Saturday and hasn't heard back as of now. I searched forum and see that they generally get back in 24-48 hours. should I continue to wait? is it possible that EO chose to move on and not service my email?

I just contacted the EO through facebook last week and received a reponse via a facebook message in about 15-20 minutes and a call the next day. I would maybe try the backdoor number or reach out through a facebook message. Have to say I was pretty impressed with their response time, changed my opinion of Cap1.
