Some Citi cards don't report limits even though they are not Signature cards. The name of the card is actually pretty important to see if this card is reporting the way it's supposed to.

Citi Premier Pass and Citi AAdvantage are among the Citi cards that don't report limits. Was it one of those?

No, it was one of those cards you get when you have zero credit, and they give you $500 limit.

I don't have the card with me at work, so I can't give it to you right now, but I'm 99% positive that it is supposed to report limit. (reason: my old boyfriend got the same card at the same time I did, the made me AU later and it reports limit on all three for that card. It's just not reporting to EQ.....)

I would contact the issuers and let them know the problem. You may have to escalate to a supervisor or manager in order to get someone who understands the problem. Frontline CSRs have little to no knowledge of credit reporting.

Disputing with the CRAs is always an option, but you run the risk of losing the TL entirely. I wouldn't go that route, but would try to take it up with the issuer first.
