Somehow went over my credit limit, and on my credit report it shows "highest past balance" is higher than my credit limit, does this hurt my credit score?

Anytime you go over your credit limit it would definately hurt your credit, I would think.

Thanks for the response I just wanted to make sure, I have the card paid down almost paid off (this happened awhile back). I pulled up my credit report and noticed it.
