Utilization range for NFCU CLI?

What's a good range for overall utilization that NFCU would like to see to get approved for a CLI? I'd also like to know the same info for possible app later in the year for the AMEX Everyday revolver.

NFCU does not seem to care much either way. I have gotten CLI's maxed out and I've gotten CLI's paid off.

I haven't figured out Amex yet.

Yes, for the longest time I only had NFCU cards and a Capone and a couple of store cards.

Great question. I would like to know as well. My 4th statement just cut reflecting a zero balance. Will be hitting the love button Friday and wondering whether having a balance is better, or will my zero balance work equally?

Sorry for shortstopping the original question, but a little more insight from the pros would be greatly appreciated.
