What Browsers Does Synchrony/GECRB Chat Work in?

I currently have a MacBook and was wondering why I can't type anything in the box where I can type messages to the customer service reps when I'm on the chatroom that they use, specifically for my Wal-Mart card. I also use Google Chrome as of currently. Anyone else run into this problem before?

I've used chat with Chrome on a PC to JCP and Care Credit...never had an issue. Haven't tried Wally, however.

I can't get it to work with firefox or chrome. I can type but can't see it. The only thing that works is internet explorer. So that is the only time I use it.
