I recently closed my CreditOne account a last week with zero balance. They own me 3.85 due to the 1% gas reward so they cut me a check. Today, I got my check but I logged back online now it's showing I have a balance of 5.20

i was steaming!!! I called and they said they will credit the account but wth. What if I didn't check my account and due to their billing errors it will go into default or collection for over 5.20. Bad bad bad CreditOne, I'm so glad I closed them.

With Creditone. Be afraid. Be very afraid. after you pay that 5 bucks. check a couple of months in the future to make sure no more pop up charges. when you are sure. there are not.

Check 1 more time again. for good measure. and flee as fast as possible.
