When my AU enters her billing name & address (i.e. for online shopping), does she enter her name (as appears on her credit card), or my name?

billing will be where the credit card goes to.

but if entering her credit card number (AU or not) she would put the name as it appears on her card that she is entering in.

shipping can be different if she doesn't live with you.
