AmEx Recon through Fax?

Well I applied for a Green card at the suggestion of AmEx chat and was deneid.

So, I called the Recon number and he just told me to wait for my denial letter.....I then took a different approach.

I found the main office in New York's fax number and just wrote a letter. I faxed that over along with a copy of the credit report that was pulled by my credit union a week and a half ago. Fingers crossed??

lol, I'm sure I'll either get an email saying "Why did you even bother sending this to us?' or it'll go into File 13. But it's worth a shot I suppose.
