I'm a Philly resident, but not a member. When looking at auto rates, they didnt seem competitive, so I passed them over. I do recommend PSECU.

I don't see who issues their credit cards. But, they look like standard Elan credit cards.

Im in philly not a member there im w. Freedom cu rates are ok if u app for a cc they ask for amt go high as they dont do any cli w. Out hp they pull experian I believe, just plain cc currently no rewards ect .

Ah, I've belonged to Freedom Federal Credit Union, based in PA. Their credit cards are just OK, as low as 11.9%, but no rewards.

I can't talk to Philadelphia Credit Union's program. I'm considering an application into psecu because although I don't live in PA, I do have relatives (by blood) that are members already.
