Wells Fargo home rebate card any long term value?

So I have my mortgage with Wells Fargo and they have been trying to get me to get the home rebate card hard lately. The card boasts 5% at drugstores, gas stations, and grocery stores for 6 months and 0% interest for bt and purchases for 12 months.

Does this card have any value after the intro offers. Do they do ongoing bt offers? Do they do periodical higher cash back offers? Ect...

Right, that card is pointless after the intro period, a 1% card with restricted redemption. However, many are making lots of money in that first 6 months
